Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
